Once you have gone through the ordering process and your order has been approved, a link with the name of the Booklet you are downloading will appear on the final page of your order form. You will then proceed to DOWNLOAD your Booklet at that time. There are detailed instructions for you on that final page for Downloading, Saving and Printing your Booklet of Questions. If you have any trouble, please don't hesitate to Contact Us by sending us an email.

 Return Policy

Once you have downloaded and saved your Booklet of Questions, they are yours to keep. There are no returns.
